Managed Sale

Management Fee 2.25% (plus VAT) of the sale price achieved

Additional Services

• Money can be released monthly on an interest free basis for up to 90 days to pay for residential care.
• Lump sum funding available – for example to purchase an immediate needs annuity or to secure a new property.
