Bridging facilities to pay for deposit and purchase of downsizing/retirement home

Provision of Vacant Property Care when needed, including vacant property insurance, regular inspection visits, garden maintenance, draining down and the changing of external locks for security purposes

Once appointed, we will assign a Personal Adviser to look after the individual needs and interests of each client. Personal service and genuine empathy with the client are paramount as far as we are concerned.
The Personal Adviser will manage and co-ordinate all activity in connection with the sale and any other services that may be required. This is to ensure that all interested parties are kept up to date with developments and that the momentum of the sales process is maintained.
