As the complete property sales management and home move company for the retired homeowner, we are able to offer the following range of services

  • Valuation and marketing plan for sale of property
  • Monthly payments interest free (for up to 90 days) in advance of property sale to pay for nursing home care
  • Lump sum payments to fund immediate needs care plan premium
  • Bridging facilities to pay for deposit and purchase of downsizing/retirement home
  • Liaison with and pro-active management of Estate Agents
  • Negotiation of offers
  • Legal conveyance on sale
  • Provision of Vacant Property Care when needed, including vacant property insurance, regular inspection visits, garden maintenance, draining down and the changing of external locks for security purposes
  • Arranging removals
  • House clearance including auctions and donations to charities
  • Management of utility companies
  • Legal conveyance on purchase, if required

Once appointed, we will assign a Personal Adviser to look after the individual needs and interests of each client. Personal service and genuine empathy with the client are paramount as far as we are concerned.

The Personal Adviser will manage and co-ordinate all activity in connection with the sale and any other services that may be required. This is to ensure that all interested parties are kept up to date with developments and that the momentum of the sales process is maintained.
